Jalapeño Popper Toasts

Ingredients
Olive oil
1 fresh baguette loaf, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
4 slices thick-cut bacon
14 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices
handful of chopped parsley or chives

Instructions
1. Drizzle some olive oil on baguette slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toast in 400F oven till golden and crisp. 5-10 minutes.
2. Fry up some thick-cut bacon till crisp, set aside, break in pieces when cooled
3. Mix a package of cream cheese with 1/2 cup blue cheese till smooth
4. Spread each toast with cheese mixture, top with bacon and jalapeño slices, and garnish with parsley or chives.
