Mo’s Feel-Good Brownies
This is the best brownie recipe yet. Until now, Mo has kept it a well-guarded secret.
Ingredients
2 oz unsweetened Baker’s chocolate
1/3 C butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
3/4 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Melt butter and chocolate in microwave and set aside. Combine and whisk sugar and eggs in large bowl. Add and whisk chocolate/butter to sugar/egg mixture in large bowl, stirring to blend so eggs don’t cook. Mix in dry ingredients till blended (don’t over work). Add nuts. Spread in well-greased 8”x8“x2” pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes (timing for glass pan may be slightly different than aluminum). Check center with a wooden toothpick - try not to over-cook.
Makes 16 brownies.
